Mincemeat Mini Tarts

Ingredients: Mincemeat pie filling, tart dough, powdered sugar

Basic Tart Dough:
1/2  cup butter or margarine, softened
1  package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1  cup all-purpose flour


Combine butter, cream cheese and flour. Mix well.

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place in mini tart pan

until cups are formed.

Spoon mincemeat pie filling into cups.

Bake until dough it golden brown around the edges.

Cool tarts on cooling rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of tarts before

serving.
